Head of Global Support
Jason Taylor is a highly accomplished customer service executive with an extensive services and sales background as well as expertise in leading large global teams. He brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as Head of Global Support where he is responsible for driving the company’s customer-centric mission to continually improve and champion our customers’ support experience. He has deep experience building global support organizations and creating new service offerings that position Epicor customers for competitive advantage and growth.
Taylor is based in the Epicor Bensalem office in Philadelphia. He previously served as Vice President of Customer Success Management and Support Services at Oracle. During his career with Oracle he was responsible for over $2 billion in revenue for support renewal sales and services whilst running an organization of customer service managers, support sales representatives, and a global operations staff, to ensure continuous delivery of top-quality service.
Prior to joining Oracle, Taylor served as Assistant Dean of the Law and Economics Center at George Mason University School of Law, and attended the University of Connecticut for his undergraduate studies.
