Epicor FFL Compliance Manager Wins 2017 BIG Innovation Award
Cloud-Based Firearms Compliance Solution Named Winner for Innovative and Impactful Technology
Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, announced today that the Epicor FFL Compliance Manager™ solution has been named a winner in the 2017 BIG Innovation Awards, presented by the Business Intelligence Group.
Epicor, in partnership with Orchid Advisors, launched the cloud-based Epicor FFL Compliance Manager solution to help firearms dealers simplify and streamline the process of complying with today’s complex and evolving gun laws. With Epicor FFL Compliance Manager software federal firearm licensees (FFLs) are able to use workflows and internal controls designed to make ATF compliance simple and accurate—allowing them to quickly perform an audit, and package all the related compliance reports required to support an ATF inspection.
“The sheer pace of innovation is accelerating in virtually every industry as new technology allows corporations and other organizations to rethink how they approach and solve real problems that affect the way we work, love, and play. We are thrilled to be honoring Epicor Software as they are leading by example and making real progress on improving the daily lives of so many.”
Organizations from across the globe submitted their recent innovations for consideration in the 2017 BIG Innovation Awards. Nominations were judged by a select group of business leaders and executives who volunteer their time and expertise to score submissions and provide feedback.
“We are honored to be named a winner in the 2017 BIG Innovation Awards,” said Doug Smith, director, product marketing, retail and distribution, Epicor Software. “Since its release, the Epicor FFL Compliance Manager solution has been significantly improving operations for FFL dealers across North America.
