Kroll International, a leading wholesale supplier of law enforcement, military tactical, public safety, homeland security, first-responder firearms, and shooting sports equipment, was recognized in the SDCE 100 for its success using the Epicor Prophet 21 wireless warehouse management system. After implementing the system, Kroll International increased warehouse productivity by 17 percent, increased average daily volume of shipped orders by 22 percent, and improved warehouse capacity utilization by 15 percent. The company also improved order fulfillment accuracy, resulting in a decrease in product returns by 10 percent.

The SDCE 100 is an annual list of 100 great supply chain projects. These projects can serve as a map for supply chain executives who are looking for new opportunities to drive improvement in their own operations. These projects show how supply chain solution and service providers help their customers and clients achieve supply chain excellence and prepare their supply chains for success.

  • “It was an honor to be considered for this recognition. The ability to quickly deploy and easily access information has improved transparency throughout the company. Having quantifiable metrics and this level of analytics has allowed us to transform many of our day-to-day operating processes.”
  • - Trevor McDermott, IT Manager, Kroll International

"First and foremost, we want to congratulate the winners of this year’s Top 100 for their successful and innovative projects, which serve as models to companies of all sizes what is achievable in their supply chains,” says John Yuva, editor for Supply & Demand Chain Executive. “Regardless of company size, these projects are best-in-class examples of the types of efficiencies and bottom-line results that supply chain executives should be striving toward in their own operations.
