California Gaming Facility Selects New Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to Meet Growth Goals
Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, today announced Augustine Casino has selected Epicor HCM as its new human resource information system to consolidate databases, improve processes and offer a single platform capable of tracking employee records from recruiting to retirement.
Augustine Casino, based in Coachella, California, features approximately 800 of the most popular slot machines and table games. The facility employs over 350 employees in Southern California.
Facing growth, Augustine Casino required a new HRIS capable of offering an integrated database, bilateral interfacing with separate employer identification numbers (EIN) as well as being hosted on-site—all while eliminating time-consuming processes and reducing paper consumption.
