Augustine Casino Selects Epicor HCM to Consolidate Human Resources Systems

California Gaming Facility Selects New Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to Meet Growth Goals

Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, today announced Augustine Casino has selected Epicor HCM as its new human resource information system to consolidate databases, improve processes and offer a single platform capable of tracking employee records from recruiting to retirement.

Augustine Casino, based in Coachella, California, features approximately 800 of the most popular slot machines and table games. The facility employs over 350 employees in Southern California.

Facing growth, Augustine Casino required a new HRIS capable of offering an integrated database, bilateral interfacing with separate employer identification numbers (EIN) as well as being hosted on-site—all while eliminating time-consuming processes and reducing paper consumption.

“At Augustine Casino, we’re excited about bringing Epicor on as our key human resources management software partner. Consolidating databases, offering single sign-on and manager self-service features will be key to reaching our business objectives and will position us to grow successfully.”

Streamlining business processes in the hospitality and gaming industry

Today’s economy demands a more proactive, strategic role for human resources. Epicor HCM automates such processes, enabling the tracking, management, and analysis of all employee’s data from application to retirement.

“We are thrilled Augustine Casino selected Epicor HCM to provide the insight they need to better serve their employees, reduce time consumption and streamline HR processes with the full potential of a modern HCM platform,” said Matt Mullen, senior vice president, portfolio marketing, Epicor Software. “Epicor adapts to meet their company size needs and delivers the value of capabilities that the company is expecting.”
